On August 25, accompanied by Mr. Qin Junman (vice president of NFC), Mr. Zhao Hua, economic and commercial counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan, inspected the aluminum smelter currently under construction by NFC in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan.  In meeting with NFC's staff at the construction site, Mr. Zhao highly appraised the rapid progress NFC has made during relatively short period of time, as well as the positive image NFC has established as a Chinese enterprise.
Mr. Zhao mentioned that Kazakhstan government is satisfied with the work Chinese enterprise has done in the aluminum smelter project. He continued to point out that at a recent meeting with Chinese government officials, the prime minister of Kazakhstan talked about his recent visit to the aluminium smelter site and that he was impressed by NFC’s high efficiency and sophisticated techniques.

During their visit, Mr. Zhao and Mr. Qin also had a pleasant meeting with Mr. Ganauer, the first vice-president of KAZ.
