The Dariba 100kt/a lead smelter in India with NFC as its EPC contractor was successfully produced its first lead ingot on July 14th 2011, 6 days earlier than the contract completion date. The SKS bottom-blow furnace was heated to its design temperature of 1250℃ and the first batch of refined lead has been produced, meaning the project entering trial production period. Introduced by NFC, the most advanced world-class SKS technology which China owns independent intellectual right has been adopted in a foreign project for the first time.
