On Nov. 1st, 2011, NFC's holding subsidiary, NFC（Shenyang）Metallurgy Machinery Co., Ltd. (SMMC) held the foundation ceremony of its heavy equipment base in Shenyang. The base will cover 460,000m2 and is expected to complete in 2013, becoming the largest R&D and manufacture base of aluminium electrolysis equipment and general equipment in China with an annual production capacity of 287 sets. Meanwhile, SMMC will take this opportunity to further promote its resources integration and production restructure, developing SMMC into a first-class equipment manufacturer in the world.
