Dr. Yin Jianping, an renowned expert in the field of nonferrous metal exploration and the manager of NFC Chifeng exploration project department, has been recently listed as one of the national experts who can receive the State Council Spcial Allowance from 2012. This government special allowance is an incentive mechanism especially for state-level intellects on science and technology. The expert name list is renewed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and  approved by the State Council every two years.
