On 6th Mar, 2015, NFC held mobilization meeting for optimization and upgrading project of internal control system (ICS), attended by managers of all departments and executives of affiliated companies in Beijing. NFC president Mr. WANG Hongqian, NFC company secretary Mr. DU Bin, independent director of the board Mr. ZHANG Jide, managing director of China Research Center of Internal Control Mr. WU Shouyuan, Professor GONG Wen from Beijing Technology and Business University, and the staff of project team also attended.

Mr. Wu introduced the procedure and scope of ICS. Mr. Zhang advised that NFC shall focus on systemizing internal control manual and business procedures, and adjusting evaluation manual and management regulations to optimize and upgrade the existing ICS. This upgrading project shall cover all employees, whole procedure and every corner.

Mr. Wang recognized the progress ICS construction has achieved during the past 5 years, with the help of which NFC smoothly passed external auditing every year, enhanced work efficiency and lowered operation risks. He further gave 4 requirements for the project as below:
1. Safety, environment and anti-corruption are three redlines that are forbidden to cross. ICS construction shall guarantee management personnel at each level work with honesty and integrity;
2. The ICS construction shall clarify the responsibilities for different departments, distinguishing primary and secondary ones;
3. The ICS factor shall be integrated into the department performance evaluation system, in which the substandard ICS performance will cause a deduction from evaluation scores.

By the opportunity of ICS construction upgrading, NFC will further optimize its image as a public company, providing sound foundation for its international operations.
