Vietnam Sin Quyen Copper Mine Project is a cooperation project between the governments of China and Vietnam. The project is located in Huy?n Bát Xát, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam, close to the Sino-Vietnamese border, with the designed production scale of 1.1 million t/a processed ore, an annual output of 40,000 t copper concentrate, the copper concentrate grade of 25%, 110,000 t iron concentrate, and the iron concentrate grade of 65%. NFC undertook the engineering design, equipment procurement, technical guidance of construction, installation and test run, and other work.
