Kazakhstan Electrolytic Aluminum Plant is the unique electrolytic aluminum plant since the independence of Kazakhstan, and it is also the first EPC project undertaken by NFC in the Central Asian market. The project design capacity is 250,000 t/year electrolytic aluminum, and it was constructed in two phases in 2005 and 2007, with an annual output of 125,000 t electrolytic aluminum ingots per phase. In the Project, the Company adopted the most advanced Chinese electrolytic aluminum core technology in the world at that time, and reached an eye-popping construction speed in Kazakhstan, showing the first-class Chinese technology and engineering quality, receiving high praise from the owner, and putting an end to the history of Kazakhstan's inability to produce electrolytic aluminum. The Project won the National Quality Project Silver Award (Overseas Project), the Quality Engineering Award of China Nonferrous Metals Association, Kazakhstan National Engineering Award and other awards, becoming the first "golden business card" for NFC to open the Central Asian market.
