The Kazakhstan Vulcanization Plant Project is the second petrochemical plant upgrade project after the delayed coking project. The Project includes the sulfur recovery plant, acid water vapor extraction plant, amine liquid regeneration plant and sulfur granulation plant. NFC undertakes the engineering design, equipment supply, construction and installation works, aiming to improve the quality and capacity of sulfur in petroleum products produced by Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant. The Vulcanization Plant Project, as a key project in the petrochemical industry of NFC, has made due contributions to the implementation of the "Belt and Road Initiative" and the Company's strategy of "Energy Construction Services in Central Asia".
