On June 24, 2019, NFC and KAZ Minerals signed an EPC service contract for the procurement, construction and commissioning of the ventilation cage shaft and infrastructure construction Phase-II project of Aldemiewski Mine Project in Kazakhstan. The net diameter of the ventilation cage shaft is Φ7.0 m and the shaft depth is 742.6 m. The Project symbolizes another important cooperation between the company and KAZ Minerals after the successful implementation of the two major projects of Bashaku and Aktogay Copper Concentrator, which is the construction project of mine shafts contracted by via EPC in the CIS region for the first time, expanding the company's business scope in Kazakhstan and the CIS region.
